This notice covers the Ala Ancha estimate form, My Ala Ancha account, and project text updates.
Information we use
We use the contact details, hat preferences, measurements, project notes, and account information you provide to prepare estimates, communicate with you, manage your order, and show your project records. We retain your text preferences, consent wording and date, and message delivery records to manage updates and opt-outs.
Text consent
Text updates are optional. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your project contact permission does not enroll you in marketing texts.
Service providers
We use service providers to host these services, authenticate your account, send email and text messages, and display payment or shipping information related to your project. These providers process the information needed for those services. Twilio processes phone numbers, message contents, and delivery information for text updates.
Your choices
You can change text preferences in My Ala Ancha or reply STOP to the sending number. For questions, corrections, access or deletion requests, email alaanchahatco@gmail.com. We may need to retain transaction records and consent or opt-out records to meet recordkeeping obligations.
